💔 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, I’m so sorry! Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your parcel so I can make it right.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

Please email flowersforrui@gmail.com with:

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

Once I receive the details, I’ll be happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund — whichever feels best for you. ♡

Do I have to pay return shipping for damaged items?
No — if something arrives damaged, return shipping is fully covered by me.
