How to Apply & FAQs ✨

1. Content order (most important)

Reorder the information so it is presented in the order you want customers to see it:

  • First: Video instructions (how to use / apply / handle the product)
  • Second: Step-by-step instructions
  • Third: FAQs
  • Last: anything extra (tips, mistakes to avoid, etc.)

This ensures customers see the most important guidance first, before anything else.

2. QR code system (packaging + customer flow)

After finalising the content, create a QR code that links to this page.

This QR code should be used as the primary access point and placed in a highly visible position on packaging.

On the envelope/card, include a clear instruction such as:

“SCAN HERE FIRST — watch video instructions, FAQs, and important usage tips before opening or applying.”

The purpose is to:

  • reduce customer mistakes
  • improve placement accuracy
  • prevent misuse or incorrect application
  • provide clear visual guidance through videos
  • answer FAQs before customers need to contact support

Placement priority:

  • QR code = No. 1 focal point on envelope
  • Also included on business card
  • Also available in marketing materials if needed

3. Support system (Tidio / messaging setup)

Once the content is finalised, integrate it into your support system (e.g. Tidio or similar).

This allows you to:

  • input FAQs directly into chat support
  • reduce repetitive customer questions
  • improve response efficiency
  • keep all information consistent across platforms

The more finalised your content becomes, the easier it is to load into automated support tools.

How long do they last?

Our tattoos usually last 3–5 days depending on placement and aftercare. Friction (such as tight clothing, rubbing, exfoliation, or picking at the tattoo — we get it, it’s tempting! 😅) may cause them to fade faster.

The design sits on the top layer of skin, giving a realistic tattoo look while remaining completely temporary and painless.

Are they waterproof?

Yes! You can shower and wash your hands normally, but avoid heavily scrubbing or rubbing with a towel. Gently pat dry instead.

They are also sweat-resistant, making them perfect for events, concerts, festivals, and everyday wear — so go enjoy yourself, dance, have fun, and wear them worry-free knowing they’re designed to stay on!

To extend wear time, avoid oil-based products and picking at the tattoo.

Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Our tattoos use cosmetic-grade, skin-safe ingredients that meet FDA safety guidelines. However, everyone’s skin is different. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend doing a small patch test first using the sample we provide.

 What’s the FDA?

The FDA is a U.S. agency that regulates food, medications, cosmetics, and some personal care products, including tattoo inks.

What this means for our tattoos:

Temporary tattoos are considered cosmetic products, meaning they must use skin-safe, compliant ingredients. However, the FDA does not individually approve temporary tattoo brands or products before they are sold.

Our products follow FDA safety and labelling guidelines and are made using cosmetic-grade materials. Since temporary tattoos are considered low-risk cosmetic products, they do not require pre-approval before sale. We’re committed to using safe ingredients and honest labelling so you can shop confidently.

Caution

  • External use only
  • Do not apply on broken or irritated skin
  • Stop use if irritation occurs
  • Avoid eye contact and prolonged oil exposure

Product type

Our tattoos are water-transfer (wet-apply) temporary tattoos.

They transfer using water and sit on the surface of the skin, creating a realistic tattoo effect without penetrating the skin.

→ photos  (***take some really nice high quality photos of them close-up, make it look like a gallery and then have some nice links like where you can like buy this product).

Why does my tattoo have a faint outline / sticky feeling?

Don’t worry — this is completely normal

The tattoo transfers using a very thin adhesive layer that helps it stay on the skin.

The faint outline or slight stickiness you may notice is simply the edge of this adhesive layer. It confirms the tattoo has transferred correctly.

Lower-quality tattoos often leave a large visible adhesive square, causing a box-like shine or dust attraction. Our tattoos are trimmed closely for a cleaner finish.

The faint outline is a normal part of high-quality transfer tattoos, not a defect.

→ Add a diagram, showing a comparison, low-quality tattoos how a rectangular adhesive, and ours has a thin one.

→ Have a close-up photo of it.
