Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), unless we are on holiday or there are major shipping delays, in which case we will notify you.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please check your inbox for the email titled “Your order is on the way.”

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship to all Australian states and territories.

  • Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $5.20
  • Express Shipping (1–4 business days): $9.45

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 (3–7 business days)

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping is limited to Australia only at this time.
We hope to expand and offer international shipping in the future!

Tracking

  • All orders include tracking information.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • You can track your parcel through Australia Post or the carrier specified in your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

Delivery Issues

We understand delays can be frustrating, and we are happy to help track down your parcel to ensure a better experience.
While we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.

How We Resolve Lost or Damaged Item Issues

  • Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Refer here for the refund policy.
  • Photo evidence may be requested for damaged items to help us process your claim quickly.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply.
